“Susan Barr and I worked together when she was a senior human resources professional at Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority for two years. In addition to her other duties, Susan was also responsible for training. She met with our Director of Property Management and customized several training sessions to meet our needs. She also conducted training for other departments.
